Whether you’re on step one or lost count along the way I’d love to come along for the adventure for a little while or for the whole trek if needed. If you’ve exhausted all you know to do and still have unanswered questions I would love to help. I have a background in Christian camping ministry, group team building and being on church staff. Whether you’re looking to process your hurt from the church or integrate faith into the counseling process I’m here to help.

My favorite type of clients are couples who are really struggling - to communicate, to love one another, to heal from affairs and infidelity. I also enjoy working with young and older men who are struggling to feel their emotions. Many of the people have struggled with some sort of adult or childhood trauma and I tend to integrate EMDR into my therapy to work towards healing and hope.

Antoine de Saint Exupéry. We are creatures meant to dream, but life often takes its own punches, and swallows up our ability to do so. My hope is that all who enter counseling might have the opportunity to experience freedom, confidence, hope and rest. It is my honor to hold your story as we journey together toward the free, full life available.

I have specific training and experience in: incorporating biblical truth into counseling focusing on issues surrounding identity formation when navigating a broken and fallen world, working with grief/loss, trauma, abuse, postpartum adjustment/motherhood issues, sexual addiction, shame/guilt, and family of origin story work. I see pre-teens on up as well as some couples.
